“LET’S GO!” is a rallying cry of coaches and teams in every stadium and gym throughout Indiana. It motivates our hearts and drives us to action. When shouted at the right time, “LET’S GO!” can unite a team, create momentum and change the outcome of the contest.
As Christians, our Coach, Jesus, has commissioned us with the rallying cry: “LET’S GO!”
“I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, (Let’s) go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20
Jesus charges us to move forward with great boldness into our communities to make disciples and to dig deeper and push beyond our perceived limits to accomplish more than we can imagine. United by this call to action, we can “see the world impacted by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.”
Powerful FCA GameDay with the Colts
What an awesome FCA GameDay with the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Nov. 17 vs. the Jaguars. Great win by the team, and awesome opportunity to hear from defensive players #23 Kenny Moore II and #50 Anthony Walker, coaches Alan Williams and David Overstreet, and cheerleader Cassidy H, on the field after the game. These men and women are great at what they do on the field, but are even better people off the field! Great win on all fronts for the Colts organization and FCA!
FCA Central Indiana Area Director Todd Townsend had the opportunity to share the Gospel message with the 1,500 Colts fans who were participating in the post-game event. We are grateful for unique opportunities like this to continue using the powerful platform of sport to reach every athlete and coach with the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
